At Yuvakpay, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Process:

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Eligibility for Return:

    • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

    • It should be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  3. Pickup:

    • Once your return request is accepted, the item will be picked up from your location within 3-5 days.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

    • Please note that items returned without first initiating a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
